Zeros GmbH specializes in testing large series and quantities – non-destructive (NDT) and destructive. We develop individual test plans according to DIN EN ISO or ASTM for your requirements and use automated, mechanized or manual test lines.
Our systems are modularly constructed and can be precisely adapted to your production requirements. This creates economical testing processes that can be flexibly expanded or reduced.

Additional Services
Yes, Zeros GmbH also performs series part inspection inline, directly in your production. The modular test systems are adapted to your production requirements and can be flexibly expanded or scaled down – for example to cover production peaks. Alternatively, testing takes place at our three sites in Berlin, Schmidgaden (Bavaria) and Dielheim (Baden-Württemberg); mobile testing teams operating throughout Germany and a logistics network for secure transport complete the offer.
For series testing, Zeros GmbH uses non-destructive methods such as magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT, level 2–4), visual testing (VT) including sorting work, ultrasonic testing (UT) and radiographic testing (RT), as well as hardness testing. The methods applied are defined in the test plan according to DIN EN ISO or ASTM, or in your manufacturer specification. The testing personnel are certified to DIN EN ISO 9712; you receive digital test reports, issued as accredited test reports for tests within the accredited scope.

Testing is then carried out on automated, mechanized or manual test lines whose modular design is adapted to your production requirements. A logistics network for secure transport and the 2,000 m² logistics warehouse ensure reliable handling; you receive the results as digital test reports, issued as accredited test reports for tests within the accredited scope.

Testing is carried out on automated, mechanized or manual test lines – around the clock if required. A 2,000 m² logistics warehouse as well as sample archiving and corrosion protection complete the service; results are documented in digital test reports, issued as accredited test reports for tests within the accredited scope.
