Additional Services
For incoming goods inspection, Zeros GmbH uses non-destructive testing methods (ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, penetrant and visual testing) as well as mechanical tests such as tensile and impact bending tests; these are performed in the testing laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. The service also includes hardness testing (Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell), spectroscopy for chemical material analysis, and coating thickness measurement. Dimensional, 2D/3D, document and functional inspections are carried out outside the accredited scope. The personnel performing non-destructive testing are certified to DIN EN ISO 9712.
Zeros GmbH inspects supplier products exactly according to the customer’s purchasing requirements: the process typically starts with identity and visual inspection, stamp image capture, and verification of delivery quantity against the parts list. Depending on the inspection scope, this is followed by dimensional, hardness, functional and non-destructive testing as well as document control and, where necessary, rework. Testing is performed to DIN EN ISO, American standards (ASME) or customer-specific instructions, and test reports are provided digitally – traceable and audit-proof. On request, production areas in northern and southern Germany are available, or an INLINE quality center is integrated directly into the customer’s production.
An incoming goods inspection at Zeros GmbH covers identity and visual inspection, stamp image capture, and verification of delivery quantity and parts list. Non-destructive testing (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT) and mechanical tests such as tensile and impact bending tests are carried out in the testing laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025; dimensional, 2D/3D, document and functional inspections are outside the accredited scope. Document control and rework complete the range of services.
