An incoming goods inspection at Zeros GmbH covers identity and visual inspection, stamp image capture, and verification of delivery quantity and parts list. It also includes surface quality, coating and coating thickness measurement, dimensional inspection and hardness testing (Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell), spectroscopy, functional testing, and 2D measurement and 3D coordinate measurement (CMM). Non-destructive testing (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT) and mechanical tests such as tensile and impact bending tests are carried out in the testing laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025; dimensional, 2D/3D, document and functional inspections are outside the accredited scope. Document control and rework complete the range of services.
