Which test methods are used in series part inspection?

For series testing, Zeros GmbH uses non-destructive methods such as magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT, level 2–4), visual testing (VT) including sorting work, ultrasonic testing (UT) and radiographic testing (RT), as well as hardness testing. The methods applied are defined in the test plan according to DIN EN ISO or ASTM, or in your manufacturer specification. The testing personnel are certified to DIN EN ISO 9712; you receive digital test reports, issued as accredited test reports for tests within the accredited scope.
