How does an incoming goods inspection work?

Zeros GmbH inspects supplier products exactly according to the customer’s purchasing requirements: the process typically starts with identity and visual inspection, stamp image capture, and verification of delivery quantity against the parts list. Depending on the inspection scope, this is followed by dimensional, hardness, functional and non-destructive testing as well as document control and, where necessary, rework. Testing is performed to DIN EN ISO, American standards (ASME) or customer-specific instructions, and test reports are provided digitally – traceable and audit-proof. On request, production areas in northern and southern Germany are available, or an INLINE quality center is integrated directly into the customer’s production.
