1. Process in three steps
- Send request: By e-mail to vertrieb@zeros-gmbh.de or by phone. Optional: attach drawings/isometrics, parts list and photos.
- Clarify scope of testing: We review your documents, ask questions and advise on the appropriate method (e.g. VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, HT, tensile test).
- Receive offer: You will receive a written offer promptly including price, date, possible surcharges (e.g. weekend/night) and accreditation notes.
2. Information we need
- Testing method & standard (e.g. UT according to DIN EN ISO 17640, HT according to DIN EN ISO 6507-1)
- Component/material (material number, dimensions, weight, quantity/batch sizes)
- Drawing/isometric, sketch of measuring points or weld numbers
- Acceptance criteria / evaluation bases (e.g. customer specification, standards, step plans)
- Location of testing (laboratory Berlin/Schmidgaden/Dielheim or on-site mobile), desired date & time window
- Report language & documentation (de/en, measuring point plan, photos, certificates)
- Required accreditation (DAkkS according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) and possibly reference to welding standards (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9015‑1/‑2)
3. Files & formats
Please send drawings preferably as PDF (alternatively STEP/DXF/DWG), photos as JPG/PNG. Larger data volumes can be provided via download link.
4. Deadlines & express
Please let us know your desired delivery time. Express tests are possible by arrangement. Surcharges for weekends/night work are transparently shown in the offer.
5. Accreditation & quality
Our services are provided – if required – within the accredited scope according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. For hardness tests among others according to DIN EN ISO 6506‑1 (Brinell), DIN EN ISO 6507‑1 (Vickers) as well as DIN EN ISO 9015‑1/‑2 (welded joints). Please contact us if you require a specific standard compliance.
